We take a hands-on approach with our clients, working toward a smoother process for our lenders
Most lenders have specific data points and credit information they require for their proprietary underwriting & analysis. We work diligently to understand each of our lending partners, ensuring we provide a tailored credit file that meets your specific needs, both in terms of datapoints and financial formatting
We know the challenges you might face at committee. We'll ensure these issues are communicated clearly from the start, including the necessary background information and proposed solutions.
Client education is the start of our engagement with them...what to expect and what terms mean. We believe by starting here with our clients, they'll be better equipped to understand the various terms and requests from lenders during the underwriting process...leading to higher closing rates.
Communication is key and we engrain that in all of our clients. Quick, open communication is fundamental to a smooth deal process. We make sure any company updates and process items are clearly communicated between the lender and our client from day 1.
We don't see value in hurting client or lender relationships in overly grinding on minor deal points...where we have found the most success is in bringing both borrower and lender together in finding deal structures that work for both parties - taking a "win or lose" perspective out of the equation.
As the deal is working toward a close, we our clients are maintaining the same level of communication as they did to secure the term sheet...as a result we see a smoother process to closing & funding the deal.

Responsiveness
Our ask here is simple - share your thoughts sooner than later. If a deal is not a fit, no worries, just let us know. If you are interested but need a few more days, just let us know. We view communication as key in all aspect of any relationship.

Transparency
If a deal is not a fit - let us know. If a deal is going to face challenges at committee - let us know and our job is to help in working through them. If we don't know what you're able to do and what challenges you'll face, we can't help...
